Every tool is barstwrzz and feels different. So I do a lot of different pull-ups, push-ups, dips. We all come together to make this DVD. Do you perform grip work? But bodyweight is the most native tool for anybody.

Look at this man. Besides i dont have time to go to the barstagzz and the weights are a bit expensive so i think thats another plus for bodyweight training. You have to build up to it. Then you can progress to harder stuff. They look AND perform totally awesome. I try to get protein barstarrzz every one of my meals throughout barstaarzz the day. Before I started working out I was real skinny and real small.

Stick to the basics until you feel real comfortable with it.
